Guests
Policies for guest visits and conduct.
Register Guests
All guests must register at the office and obtain a parking pass for the vehicle front window.
Guest Parking
Vehicles not fitting on your site are charged $5/day. All vehicles must park on-site or in designated areas.
Quiet Hours
No noise after 11:00 PM or before 8:00 AM. No loud music at any time. A $75 fee applies per noise complaint.
Guest Responsibility
You are responsible for your guests' actions.
Extra Tents
Additional tents on-site cost $25/night. Speak to the office before adding units.
Sites
Rules for maintaining and using your seasonal site.
Use Roads
Use the roads provided. Do not cut through other campers' sites.
Extra Appliances
Additional appliances (fridges, heaters, golf carts, etc.) cost $75/appliance annually.
EV Charging
Charging vehicles at your site is not permitted. Use the on-property IVY car charger station.
Sheds
One shed per site (max 64 sq.ft.). Get office approval before building. Exterior must be properly finished.
Decks
Decks and railings are permitted with prior office approval.
Electrical
Tampering with your site's electrical supply is not allowed and is subject to immediate dismissal.
Sewer Lines
Seasonal campers must hard pipe sewer lines with PVC or ABS. Flexible hoses deteriorate and block main lines.
Vehicle Parking
All vehicles must be parked on your site — not on the road or on the grass.
Tree Work
Clear your trailer and belongings before any scheduled tree trimming. You assume responsibility if items remain.
Gazebos
Gazebos must be at least 75% window/screen. Email the office for approval before building.
Docks
Rules for seasonal dock usage.
One Boat Per Slip
Docking fees include one boat only and are non-refundable once the season begins.
Boats, ATVs & UTVs
Policies for watercraft and off-road vehicles.
All PWC
All personal watercraft on the property will be charged for docking or storage.
Off-Lake Storage
Boats/Sea-Doos stored for use on other lakes pay $150 storage + standard launch and docking rates when used here.
Trailer ID
All boat trailers must have an ID tag stating owner name and phone number.
Kayaks & Canoes
All kayaks, canoes, and tubes must be labeled with the owner's name.
ATV Storage
ATVs, UTVs, and utility trailers stored off-site are charged a $150 storage fee.
Sauna
Rules for sauna use.
Adults Only
The sauna is for adults. No unsupervised children allowed.
Booking
Book the sauna for 2-hour blocks. Retrieve the key at the store. Instructions are posted in the entrance.
Washrooms & Showers
Shared facility etiquette.
Supervise Children
Supervise children while using facilities and clean up after yourself.
Shower Cleanliness
Please clean the shower after use so the next guest finds it spotless.
No Pets
Pets are not permitted in washrooms and showers.
Garbage
Waste management guidelines.
Pickup Time
Garbage is collected by 3:00 PM. Missed pickup? Bring your garbage to the store.
Tags Required
Garbage bags require a visible tag to be picked up — tags are $3 at the store.
Bag Size
Do not affix tags to "Contractor" size garbage bags.
Cabin Cans
Do not place garbage in overnight site or cabin garbage cans.
Pets
Rules for bringing pets to camp.
Beach
Dogs are not allowed to swim at the beach.
Boat Launch
Dogs may swim from the boat launches.
Leash
Dogs must be leashed at all times.
Noise
Loud dogs will not be tolerated.
Cleanup
Clean up after your dogs — scoop the poop.
Facilities
Pets are not permitted in washrooms, showers, or laundry facilities.
Winter Storage
Storage policies for the off-season.
Returning Guests
Winter storage is free for returning seasonal guests.
Spring Departure
Guests leaving in spring will be charged $500 + HST for storage.
Clearing Deadline
To avoid winter storage fees, sites must be cleared by October 15.
Trailers
Rules for trailer ownership and maintenance.
Office Approval
All new trailers entering camp must be approved by the office.
Site Fit
All trailers must fit on the site without requiring alterations.
Park Models
Shingled park models (Class 271) may be sold on-site, allowing new tenants to hold that site. See Leanne and Carlton for details.
Trailer Age
Trailers must be within 15 years of manufacture. Older units must be upgraded. Trailers without manufacturer tags are not permitted.
Exterior Upkeep
Please maintain the exterior of your trailer.
Payment
Deposit schedule and payment policies.
Deposit Schedule
$500 deposit due November 1st. $1,000 deposit due March 1st. Late fee of $50/week after each deadline.
Dock Deposit
$200 dock slip deposit is due November 1st together with the seasonal site deposit.
Final Payment
Full payment is due no later than Camp Opening Day for seasonal sites and dock slips.
Methods
Accepted methods: Cheque, Cash, or E-Transfer.
Late Payments
Late payments are charged $50/week starting the day after the due date.
Non-Refundable
Seasonal site and dock fees are non-refundable. Early departures are no exception.
