Key rules for seasonal site holders.
Site Ownership
The registered owner is responsible for all user actions. Parents or children may use the site in the owner's absence.
Seniority
Seniority cannot be transferred.
Rates & Taxes
All rates are in Canadian funds. Sales tax is extra where applicable. Prices are subject to change without notice.
Deposit Schedule
$500 deposit due November 1st — $1,000 deposit due March 1st. Late fee of $50/week applies after each deadline.
MPAC Assessment
Your unit may be subject to an additional fee if it meets MPAC assessment requirements.
